About the Role:
The Guest Service Agent position will offer the successful candidate a development platform to expand his/her knowledge and be part of departmental decision making.
About You:
- Passionate about customer service with an ability to engage and build rapport
- Ideally you will come from a background of reservations or front office operations
- Excellent presentation, communication and people skills combined with a friendly disposition
- A high level of numeracy, literacy and problem solving skills
- Be confident in using various computer systems including Microsoft Office.
- Experience using a hotel property management system (preferably Opera).
You will have unlimited work rights in Australia and will be available to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends as per our business demands.
