A North Brisbane Sports Complex which caters to its members, private functions and corporate events is currently seeking hospitality professionals.  This includes service staff, kitchen hands and cooks/chefs with hours for this role to be both flexible and ample.

• This role will report to the House Manager and the successful applicant/s will possess experience in working unsupervised and completing daily preparation tasks to the expected standards.
• You will take ownership of the kitchen operations including ordering, food preparation and rotation while maintaining strong food and hygiene standards throughout every process.
• You have advanced interpersonal skills and excellent customer service.
• The position will require the successful candidate to have sound cash handling skills as well as end-of-day balancing capabilities.  
• You will be flexible in your working hours, and it is anticipated work days will regularly include lunches with additional shifts available for Functions and Events.
• Own transport is preferred due to the location of the Club and its operating hours.
