About the business
Beaumonde On The Point is seeking a motivated Banquet Manager for the Function Centre
About the role
To be considered for this position, you will...
- Have a minimum of 3 years functions management experience
- Able to work as required over a seven day roster including weekends and evenings
- Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Be a hands on manager and be able to train, motivate and encourage a team to provide outstanding service
- Capability to work under pressure and within timeframes
- Have outstanding personal presentation, grooming, and punctuality
- Be capable of liaising compatantly with all stakeholders including senior management and clients
- A West Australian approved managers card
- A current clean police clearance ( or be willing to obtain one )
- Experience in managing payroll costs and expense lines
