PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is currently looking for experienced Commis Chefs to join our friendly and busy kitchen brigade on a Casual basis.
The Role:

Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of menu items within a busy A La Carte Environment.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a hygienic and clean work environment.
Ideally you will have:
- A passion for the hospitality industry and food
- Completed a Certificate III Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef within an A La Carte hotel restaurant environment
- A positive, team orientated approach with a passion for Creating Memorable Hotel Experiences
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and an eye for detail
- Availability to work a variety of shifts is essential
This role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
