Hitting the ground running with a great venue and sensational, traditional menu executed by highly skilled chefs its no surprise they've busier than ever today!

Offering authentic Italian cuisine and specialising with a dish a day the skilled kitchen team work together to create a tantalising menu to satisfy all the tastebuds! With the increasingly popularity and desire from the customer to offer more and more we're looking for a talented Pizza Chef to join the team, bring some fresh ideas to the table and support the team.

The Role

• Report to and work closely with the Head Chef
• Assist in driving team to deliver consistent, high quality food and service
• Oversee the operation kitchen  
• Develop exceptional pizza recipes
• Food quality control
• Manage food costings for Pizza sextion
• Maintain an organised, clean and hygienic work environment  

You will

• Be a qualified chef with a strong background leading high end kitchens
• Have at least 5+ years experience in classical and traditional Italian Pizza 
• Be driven and a hands on chef, not afraid of a challenge 
• Be a strong communicator and with the ability to motivate and lead 
• Be passionate about the latest food trends and have a creative mind
• Be ambitious and determined to exceed expectations
• Be effective at managing food cost and productivity 
• Have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to co-ordinate ordering and accounts
• Have a sound and workable knowledge of all things WH&S and HACCP
• An in-depth required of Italian flavours and cookery is essential
