About the role:
Sea World Resort’s award winning Hatsuhana Japanese restaurant is seeking an energetic, guest service focused, Japanese speaking Food and Beverage Attendant to join our exceptional team.
Duties:
• Meet and greet guests, assist with guest enquiries as well as take meal and drink orders
• Clear, clean and reset tables and maintain individual station
• Communicate fluently in Japanese
• Demonstrate effective team work qualities and an understanding of legislated health and safety requirements
Skills and Experience:
• Japanese restaurant experience essential as well as fluency in Japanese
• Must hold a current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills
• Excellent grooming standards are expected as well as reliability and professionalism
• Ability to work Wednesday – Sunday nights from 5:00pm
