About the role
At present we are looking for energetic, creative and motivated chef de partie to join our team in Our restaurant to run day the operation with team. Right onshore candidate can be offer with visa sponsorship after completion of trial period. The job would be based on split shift and rotated roster as per business nature. Benefits and perks Salary Package Superannuation, Annual leave and Sick leave. Get experience to work with a Tasmania. Visa sponsorship might be available for experienced right onshore candidate Skills and experience Minimum 2 year experience required as chef in Bistro style or modern Australian cuisine.
What you would be doing
The main things that you would be doing include:
· Ability of taking care of the pass in the absences of chef.
· Good knowledge in all three section of production. (hot kitchen / larder / pastry.
· Ability of maintaining kitchen hygiene.
· Skills of handling kitchen cleaning & pot wash etc.
· Adopting in to a professional family environment.
· Helping to maintain food cost & stock rotation.
