Job Description
As an Event's Executive you will be self-motivated and driven to reach sales goals. This role is extremely varied and consists of new business development, account management, consultative selling and face-to-face meetings.
The responsibilities of this role will include:
- 45 hours a week
- 8:30am-6:00pm Monday-Friday
- Develop client relationships to enhance the effectiveness of current and future selling opportunities. Manage and cross sell to established accounts.
- Identify and develop a sustained pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Prepare creative & targeted proposals to suit client's needs.
- End-to-end event management.
- Demonstrate a client-focused attitude while reflecting the One Hundred Hospitality Ethos.
The Successful Applicant
You will demonstrate an ability to multi-task, prioritise as necessary, pay attention to detail and be organised at all times. An excellent communicator, the successful candidate will be able to manage various levels of stakeholders effectively and will bring a creative flair to their work. We are looking for a proactive, ambitious candidate who is willing to learn and who can build strong, collaborative relationships in the work place.
