We are now on the lookout for an Assistant Manager with an undeniable passion for hospitality industry who enjoys chatting with customers and offering the best dining experience. You will work closely with the Manager to drive a highly skilled, tight knit team delivering the best service the punters deserve.

You will have:
  

• Played a key role in a management team in your current or most recent role
• Previous experience in a busy venue also with a strong takeaway clientele
• Experience with rostering, stock control, ordering, cost control
• Experienced leading a medium sized team of staff including all recruitment, development and disciplinary matters
