Bistro Thierry is a very busy French Restaurant during both lunch and dinner service, having been located in Toorak for 18 years.
If you have a passion for French cuisine, both classic and modern, are experienced as a Commis chef and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment then this position is appropriate for you.

You will be under the guidance of Head Chef Frederic Naud whose experience includes working in various restaurants in France, Switzerland, UK, USA and Australia. Frederic has been leading the team at Bistro Thierry for 9 years.
