Description

Oversee and responsible for entire front office operation
Be the face of the front office
Ensuring high standards of customer service delivery
Resolve all guest complaints and issues
Motivate and inspire our team establishing strong teamwork culture
Accurate and timely completion of hotel paperwork
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Profile

Minimum 2 years experience in 4/5 star hotel in similar role
Demonstrated experience motivating, training, coaching and disciplining employees
Excellent communication skills
Proven management experience
Strong understanding of revenue and yield management strategies
Availability and flexibility to work weekend shifts and public holidays, as required
