Are you an experienced Chef de Partie who is passionate about using the best local produce to create amazing modern dishes? This is a fantastic opportunity to put your skills to use in a fantastic kitchen serving great food across Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
The menu covers delicious Modern Australian dishes as well as European-inspired small plates. We are looking for someone who knows good food and keeps up to date on current trends.
As Chef de Partie we require:
- Experience and confidence in running your own section during busy services
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Minimum
- Effective communication skills
- Creative and ambitious with a mind to develop your career
- Flexible availability to work a full-time hospitality roster
