The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:

• Proven success in a hospitality management role or someone looking to take the next step

• Current certifications (RSA, RSG, RMLV, Approved Managers License essential)

• Good presentation and attention to detail

• The ability to work within a team environment

• Ability to professionally supervise, train and direct staff

• Strong Stock control skills

Your ability to deliver and maintain a customer experience that is of a consistently high service standard will see you excel in this position. As will the ability to lead a team and pass your skills and knowledge onto keen hospitality people seeking a career within this industry.

Ideally the successful candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, be motivated and willing to listen and learn.

Must be available for a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and Public Holidays.

Experience in TAB, KENO, gaming, restaurant and functions highly regarded.
