Chef de Partie 

The opportunity to delight and exceed our clientele while you assist in the:

• Production and presentation of food to meet customers' expectations
• Maintaining high HACCP procedures and WHS standards
• Assist in maintaining high levels of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with organisational standards
• Assist in the effective leadership, motivation and excellent communication amongst all members of the kitchen staff

If you would like to join our kitchen team you will need to have:

• Min. 3 years experience preparing high quality food
• Must be available to work weekends
• Determination to maintain high standards and exceed expectations
• Ability to contribute to a positive team environment

To be considered for this role:

• You must reside in Australia (Sydney preferred) - overseas applicants will not be considered for this role
• Have full Australian working rights, as these are full-time roles
