We’re looking for passionate and energetic chefs to step into the role of Senior Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in this exquisite foodie destination!
As a Senior Chef de Partie you should be comfortable really owning a section during busy periods, and be familiar with prepping and setting your section up for a smooth service, with great skills and a passion to learn more!
As Sous Chef, you will assist in the daily operation, seeing to it that each service comes off without a hitch. As well as assisting with stock take, ordering, and keeping a keen eye on COGs and Wastage as you assist in developing this truly talented team.
To be a great candidate for this role, you should be able to show:
- Longevity in previous roles
- Minimum 2 years working in upmarket or hatted venues
- Experience across all areas of the kitchen
- Level headed and positive attitude
- Passion for Italian cuisine and real career drive
- Availability to work a flexible full time hospitality roster
