About the Job:
Located in Sydney's busiest destination venue attracting both locals and guests from around the Globe, this sophisticated Restaurant offers an outstanding beverage range including an extensive wine and spirit list and hard to source products. Open Tue - Sun with a much sought-after mix of lunch and dinner shifts, we require a dynamic and passionate leader to drive standards and service levels to the highest of calibre. Your role will naturally include leading the bar team including rostering, developing and training staff, as well as analysing financial performance and the creation of innovative beverages.

About You:
You will have extensive experience in a high-end beverage environment, with competing demands. Your passion for service excellence and immaculate attention to detail, alongside the ability to develop and inspire a diverse, large team will be vital to your success.
- Have solid experience managing busy bars with extensive beverage knowledge
- Passion and personal drive to deliver amazing guest experiences
- Strong leadership, time management and organisational skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- A desire to continue to excel in this dynamic industry
