The Woolshed is Melbourne's premium, most exciting venue, set on the water in Docklands opposite Etihad Stadium. The venue over the past year has undergone a full renovation and has a strong new kitchen team!
We're looking for experienced Senior CDPs and a Junior Sous Chef who can bring creativity, passion and energy to the team.
You'll be working under our Head Chef Jordan Monkhouse to deliver menus that compliment our stunning new space.
This is a busy, multi-faceted venue with 2 kitchens servicing the restaurant, bar and event spaces.
What do you need to have?
- Passion for cooking and a desire to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience working in a fast paced, high volume kitchen preferred
- Strong eye for detail
- Can do attitude!
- Willing to commit to the business for at least 1 year
