We are a small 7 day trading retail business located in Duncraig. We have the privilege of working with Local and Imported produce and have developed a reputation for exceptional service and having the highest quality products cooked and uncooked – available at all times. About you:
You are one of the most important elements of our business. You have a passion for food and an eye for creation that suits the needs of the business.
To ensure we have the right person for the role, you must have:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a kitchen
- Positive, energetic and ‘can do’ attitude
- Hands on, practical approach to service delivery
- Passion for food, cooked and raw and its presentation.
- Proven practice & knowledge of safe food handling procedures
- Pride in producing high quality product
- Experience in ordering for your section, receiving & rotation of stock
- Attention to detail and love for working with people
- Strong appreciation for working in a team
- Ability to multi task
- Immaculate personal appearance
About the role:
You will operate as the business requires, between 5 shifts.
You will alternate between 2 rosters which incorporate morning shifts starting at 6am-2pm, and afternoon shifts concluding at 7pm.
Your shifts may include a weekend day.
You will be working with a dedicated team that will assist your role in the cooking of food you have prepared, when you are not there.
