What does your role include?
You will work within a highly dedicated team to ensure the ongoing success of our brand through the following key responsibilities:
- Greeting customers with a friendly, confident, professional and energetic welcome.
- Efficiently taking and managing reservations.
- Resolving and managing customer complaints ensuring our customers are always left satisfied.
- Demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of the Mejico menu with the ability to articulate and excite customers.
- Host Manager will be responsible for leading the team of Hosts in all of the above key position duties.
What are we looking for?
- Host experience in a high volume, upmarket restaurant environment.
- Demonstrated passion and flare for the industry with strong ambition for a career in hospitality.
- Well-presented, polished and well spoken.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Ability to multitask in a sometimes stressful environment.
- Technical skills and experience utilising ResDiary, Dimmi, or other reservation systems preferred.
