A fulltime, long term opportunity has opened up for an experienced Barista to join our team of professional baristas. Established for over 16 years we are a café/restaurant in the Ringwood area. We have a reputation for great customer service, wonderful food and fabulous coffee.
Key Duties:
- Experienced Barista duties, demonstrating skills in setting your grind, pouring and latte art.
- Providing highest quality of coffee for our customers
- Highest standard of customer service and cafe presentation.
- Flexible hours to meet business needs including weekends, closing at 4.30pm
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the café at all times.
- Ability to multitask during busy times.
The Person
To be successful in this role you must have the following proven skills and experience:-
- Be a high energy person with experience in a busy café handling large volumes of coffee
- You will have skills in setting your grind, pouring and latte art.
- Proven barista skills and the ability to focus on the customers needs
- Excellent people skills and a friendly customer focus.
- Organised, with an attention to detail, and able to meet deadlines and business/customer needs.
- Self-motivated.
