With history dating back to 1853, the Shafston Hotel is renowned as one of Brisbane’s leading venues for delicious food and drinks, live entertainment and sporting events and function hire.
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Restaurant Manager has the opportunity to shape guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service. This position reports to the Venue Manager.

The successful candidate for the role will possess:
- Experience managing restaurants and a team
- Astounding customer service skills.
- A thrill of managing costs, budgets and meeting KPIs.
- A drive to develop and inspire your team to go ‘above and beyond’.
- Have a ‘glass half full’ view on everyday work issues.
- An enthusiastic and energetic approach to the role.
Qualifications:
- Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent is highly required but not essential as proven experience is vital
- RSA and Food Hygiene certificates required
