This role is to cover a 6-12 month maternity leave position, with a possibility for a permanent role after the maternity leave cover.
• Heart of Brisbane - Opposite Roma Street Transit Centre
• Guest Services and Office Admin.
We are seeking an experienced and professionally presented person to join our friendly front office team as a Guest Service Agent.
As the first point of contact for all guests, your responsibilities will include greeting guests on arrival, check in and check out guests, answering and directing calls, reservations and guest inquiries.
You will have a demonstrated ability to complete these tasks through your previous experience as a Receptionist.
To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills and experience:
• At least 12 months Reception experience
• Competency with Hirum is a must.
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Superior customer service skills
• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming
• Flexibility to work a rotating Fortnightly roster
• Enjoy working in a structured and friendly environment
