The Company
Our client is a prestigious Private Business Members Club located in the heart of Melbournes CBD. This is a large club with a loyal and long-standing membership with many visiting on a regular basis. The club serves as an escape from the strain of modern life and offers a relaxed and friendly environment with fine cuisine and attentive service.
Currently this busy kitchen is seeking a high calibre Chef de Partie / Sous Chef to work in this highly efficient kitchen brigade.
The Role
Assisting the Executive Chef in the daily running of the kitchen serving a fine dining restaurant, and functions of up to 300 pax, you will be responsible for ensuring the kitchen operation continues to consistently produce the highest quality standards that the club is known for.
