Under direction of the House Manager, you will ensure that a proactive approach to the presentation of the house, its grounds and contents is of the highest possible professional standards.

Working independently or with other team members, this exciting & dynamic role within a professional & experienced team structure will draw on your senior level hospitality skills in service to:

• Assist in styling, presentation and service delivery in a signature Melbourne residence 
• Deliver exceptional & adaptable table service to food and beverage moments, independently or in a team orientation
• Assist with personal family requirements as requested
• Assist with purchasing, stock control, cost efficiencies & procurement as required

1. Exemplary attention to detail
2. Highly developed organisational skills
3. Senior level hospitality service experience
4. Resilient, hard-working and patient with great capacity to be responsive and flexible.
5. Honest, trustworthy and a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
6. Well-groomed and appropriately attired
7. Drivers licence essential
8. Australian citizen
9. May require a WWC, police check and health assessment
10. Required to work flexible hours, some weekends & evenings
