Join to management team to lead the front of house in this recently opended, exciting, 80 seat venue, where our aim is to deliver a market leading, quality but relaxed modern dining experience. We will be open 7 days, lunch & dinner.

While we are based in the suburbs (only 12kms from the CBD), our goal is to deliver the quality of presentation, food and service found in upmarket CBD and inner suburban restaurants. We offer the convenience of ease of parking and public transport for professional hospitality staff.  

Our venue was opened in early July with an exceptional fitout designed by a leading Melbourne interior design team. Our food is shared Modern Australian with a Mediterranean influence and the kitchen is lead by Christos Milionis, who has come from the highly regarded Tipo 00 and Osteria Ilaria.

As part of the management team working with the Owner and Head Chef, the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of front of house, including labour and stock control, organisation and presentation of the venue. You will train and lead the front of house team to create and maintain a positive, supportive, fun and engaged culture for our staff, to provide exceptional experiences for our customers.

To be a great candidate for this role, you should demonstrate:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ management experience in a modern well-regarded venue
  • Strong focus on ensuring every customer walks out the door delighted with our service
  • Proven ability to recruit, train, develop and lead a front of house team
  • Hands on approach with attention to detail
  • Skilled in all aspects of front of house hospitality including table service, bar / cocktail and coffee making
  • Exceptional communication and relationship skills
  • Excellent food, beverage & wine knowledge
  • Great personality and personal presentation
