About the role
You will work closely with your kitchen team mates as directed by the Bars Manager ensure the timely and quality production of food that exceeds customers' expectations, while maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, safety and positive work culture of your workplace. Ensuring all dishes, equipment, kitchen and storage areas are kept clean to our Operational Performance Standards.
About you
The successful candidate may have previous kitchen experience in a similar role or willingness to learn, legally permitted to work in Australia, be reliable and available for shifts, Thursday & Friday, 200pm to close in semester. A passion for food and being able to work as part of a team, with great communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure is essential. An understanding of WHS procedures is important. A food safety supervisor qualification is highly desirable.
This position is open to applicants on a working holiday visa with no hours restrictions
