We are now searching for someone to "steer the ship" who is positive, vibrant and energetic.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager who can mentor and grow the Team. If you love having ownership over your own site and building a core team that drives sales through the roof then look no further- this is your dream job. Focusing on "guest experience", you will have ownership and accountability over your restaurants performance; including P&L statements, people management and business development.
This is a senior management role so it is essential that you have a thorough background in financial management. Your accountability of the weekly figures should fuel your management strategy and push your team to drive sales.
The right candidate will have:
-Previous experience in a senior management role
-Demonstrated understanding of Financial Management
-Experience implementing strategies to develop the business and manage costs.
-Able to work split shifts and weekends
