You will be...

• A chef with some solid experience and training behind you from working in a professional and well known venue.
• Ready for a new challenge. You will be driven to succeed and become a great chef.
• Coming from a high volume background and having a solid understanding of what busy means you will know how to manage your section for a busy service and help out your team mates.
• Able to work hard and work together. A confident chef, you know where your strengths lie but also what you need to work on and what you need training in.
• Knowledge of all kitchen sections is essential.

The Role...

In a very busy venue you will work as part of a very successful and highly skilled team to execute a very on trend menu that changes with the season. You will be expected to:

• Manage your section with ease.
• Understand how to properly prepare before service.
• Have the ability to confidently manage the section during an extremely busy service.
