The Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales for Contiki, the focus of this role is to maximise the sales potential within the designated territory by cultivating strong relationships with existing customers, driving brand awareness, and identifying new customer prospects. By effectively representing the brand to both trade partner and consumers, our Sales Manager will strive for a successful execution of their sales plan and achievement of their passenger objective/goals.

The Candidate

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a true passion and appreciation for travel. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have strong time management skills, great presentation skills, tenacity, resilience and a clear focus on results.

You will be self-motivated, driven and have a love of sales, hitting KPI’s week after week. You will have interpersonal savvy, be adaptable and have a strong ability to build relationships with all stakeholders of the business. Someone who demonstrates initiative ad creative flare with sound negotiating skills will be held in high regard.
