Pan Pacific Melbourne is conveniently located in the heart of South Wharf and provides easy access to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, Central Business District and key local attractions.

Pan Pacific Melbourne is looking to appoint a Part-Time Porter to service our guest arrival, departure, concierge & inquiry experiences. 

The Successful Porter Will:

• Assist guests with their luggage requirements, providing a personable and efficient level of service
• Valet park guest vehicles with a high degree of care
• Work a rotating roster including weekends

 Ideally you will have:

• Experience in a similar role in a fast paced environment
• A manual drivers licence
• Knowledge of Melbourne and the surrounding areas
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• A high degree of physical fitness is essential, as the successful candidate will be responsible for movement of guest luggage
• A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellence guest service
