Tucked amongst the city skyscrapers and hidden underground, Bobeche transports you to the candle lit romance of yesteryear.  The intimate room adorned with paintings of the famed clown places mixed drinks at the heart of its operation, drinks which are truly superb.  Our seasonal cocktail menu is supported by our rotating drinks specials alongside some of Perth’s finest bar snacks. 

The Job: Bar Manager

An opportunity will be available for a knowledgeable and experienced bar manager to take on the senior role of this outlet.  This service focused management role requires:

• running shifts
• planning and implementing menus
• conducting staff training and
• continuing the established roots of Bobeche as being one of the premier watering holes of the CBD

This role is as much about service as it is about interaction, being engaged and proud to discuss and sell the amazing product that is on offer.  This opportunity will allow you to join the team and work with the current manager in preparation for their departure, to then lead a small group of engaged and aspiring bar professionals. 

The Hours

This full time salary role requires 5 nights per week including weekend services.  Bobeche is open from 4pm until midnight Monday to Thursday and from 4pm until 2am Friday and Saturday.
