CBD Executive Apartments is a very popular accommodation provider & food hotspot. We are currently seeking an experienced front of house professional to join our friendly team. If you have RMS experience, current RSA (QLD) qualifications and can hit the floor running then we would love to hear from you.
The successful applicants will have a strong customer focus and an overall love of the industry, as well as the ability to work within a close environment. Please note that at times, our hotel & restaurant are very busy, so please only apply if you can work well under pressure.
Skills/Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within a 4.5 Star environment
- Thorough knowledge of all Front Office procedures including Reservations & exposure to third party website management
- Knowledge of A La Carte food and wine service
- Outstanding customer service skills & problem solving techniques
- Strong computer skills in all aspects including spread sheets, RMS and POS systems
- Excellent attention to detail with high levels of successful communication
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
- RSA(QLD)
- Commitment to exceeding customer service expectations
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Looking for minimum 30-40 hours/week
