We are now looking to recruit exceptional talent to be part of creating this exciting hotel experience.
QT Melbourne is seeking an experienced Night Auditor to oversee the day to day/night to night performance of the Guest Experience Agents, Porters, Concierge & our quirky Director of Chaos Team while anticipating and exceeding our guest's desires at all times, igniting a sense of surprise and delight combined with inquisitive theatrical customer interaction.
What we need:
Previous experience in this role a must have!
Opera experience preferred
Passion for delivering energetic customer service
Natural leader with the ability to multi task
Positive attitude and an electric personality
Articulate and confident
Problem solving and ability to resolve guest issues
Analytical and love for numbers & reporting
