Twin Creeks Golf & Country Club is one of Sydney's top private residential Golf Estates, featuring a world class golf course with contemporary clubhouse facilities.This multi-functional venue services its Members and their Guests as well as Corporate, Social and Wedding clients.
A unique opportunity has become available for a Food and Beverage Supervisor who will be responsible for the daily operation of the Paperbark Restaurant. This role will work closely with the Head Chef and Operations Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience for Twin Creeks Members & Guests.
We are seeking a professional individual with an exceptional level of customer service that can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* Hospitality experience with 24 months as a Food and Beverage Supervisor favourable.
* An understanding and knowledge of restaurant operations including; stock ordering, rosters & managing budgets.
* Ability to engage & motivate staff, improving productivity and work performance.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* An exceptional level of customer service
* Professional presentation and a 'can do' attitude
* Ability to manage priorities and problem solve
* Ability to work autonomously whilst building and maintaining relationships with all internal departments.
* Must hold a current NSW RSA certificate
* Flexible working hours. Ideally this role will require someone who can work Wednesday through to Sunday.
