Harrigan's Drift Inn, constructed as part of the master-planned marina and luxury waterfront residential development Calypso Bay, Queensland, is the Gold Coast's only waterfront tavern designed specifically to attract boaties enjoying the waterways between the Gold Coast and Brisbane. The pub features a 30-metre visitors’ pontoon right on the main channel linking Jumpinpin with the waters of southern Moreton Bay.
Harrigan’s Drift Inn is now seeking a qualified Chef to join its kitchen team on a permanent full-time basis. Harrigan’s attracts a large number of local, state-wide, national and international visitors, so it is imperative that applicants for this role enjoy working in a busy, team orientated kitchen environment providing high quality meals to all customers.
This role will report to the Head Chef and all candidates must have previous cooking experience providing quality food. To ensure we get the best people for our team Harrigan’s is happy to consider applications from Chef de Partie through to Sous Chef level. All applicants for this role must be available to work a roster which includes weekends and lunch/dinner split shifts.
