Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience as a Bartender
- Passion for delivering outstanding service
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, spirits and wine
- Creative flair
- Stock-take experience advantageous
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional grooming and presentation
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
- Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- RSA certificate
- Unlimited work rights in Australia
