About the business
Located directly opposite the picturesque Kingston Beach, Beachfront 32 is a casual, locals cafe and restaurant specialising in quality breakfasts, lunches, and boutique bistro style dinners seven days a week.
Situated next door is Robbie Browns, an artisan cocktail bar celebrating great booze from near and far and serving quality bar food that compliments its extensive drink offerings.
About the role
The sous chef will support and work directly alongside the head chef in all aspects of kitchen operations. From ordering, to service management, apprentice training, menu planning and kitchen management in head chef absences, this position is key in the overall success of the operation.
