The Role
Within the venue, there is a 300-cover pub/gaming venue which is seeking a strong leader. This Head Chef will front up the team to provided an excellent, high-quality meal service. This position will form part of a larger leadership team, with support and resources guaranteed. There is currently a strong chef brigade in place with a healthy trade that will only get more exciting as Spring gets nearer. They need a leader!!
