We are iconic Indian restaurant located in heart of Busselton

About the role:

• Diploma in cookery or higher relevant qualification
• Minimum more than 1 year experience
• The ability to work irregular hours ,including evenings and weekends
• Must have strong knowledge of indian modern cuisine and ingredients and garnish of dishes
• Very good communication skills and team work

Key duties :

• Plan menu with Manager and head chef about special weekly
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they served
• Keep sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortage
• Check quality of ingredients
• Check food on cooking to stir or turn
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking ( chopping , peeling vegetables an cutting meal etc.)
