Scoota Café is building a team of professional Baristas to launch its flagship store in Sydney’s CBD on Pitt St.
If you have true passion for the art of coffee making, and have an infectious personality who enjoys sharing the story of well-crafted brew, then consider yourself invited to join our team. At Scoota Café we aim to create Barista Theatre using under bench Mavam espresso machines, Uber Milk and Bkon (reverse atmospheric infusion) equipment all to help deliver the best extraction of our select air roasted beans. Though technically our machinery may be ahead of the game, the success of Scoota Café relies on our staff, customer service and the delivery of great flavour.
Applicants need;
- To be eligible to work in Australia
- To have proven barista experience in a high volume café
- A willingness to expand ones existing knowledge
- Have a genuine passion & commitment to the art of coffee extraction
- Exceptional customer service
- And enjoy working as part of a team
We are offering positions with various levels of commitment from 20hours to 40 hours a week and we will demonstrate flexibility to try and accommodate the right applicants into our developing roster. Successful applicants will be invited to take part in an induction and training program a week before the stores official opening.
