Bells at Killcare is a 25 room boutique property located in a quintessentially Australian contemporary coastal setting just one and a half hours north of Sydney. The property also boasts the acclaimed Bells Restaurant & Bar, one of the leading restaurants in regional NSW.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen brigade. There will also be the opportunity for the right candidate to work at the Conde Naste Travel award-winning property, Pretty Beach House.
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Experience in a fast-paced high standard kitchen operation as a Chef de Partie
- A passion for Italian Cuisine
- A high degree of organisational and communication skills
- A strong work ethic and high level of motivation
