As an Accommodation Reservation Agent you would deal directly with our clients booking, amending, cancelling and sourcing accommodation on their behalf. Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, you would work on a rotating shift within these hours.
Some after hours work required on a rotational basis with the after hours emergency phone.
The successful candidate would display:
Exceptional customer service skills
Outstanding telephone manner
Excellent attention to detail
High level of English communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to meet deadlines
Enjoy working as part of a team
Good computer skills
Previous experience in hotel reservations would be well regarded however not necessary.
Strong Australian geographic knowledge would be advantageous as we are dealing with rural and remote accommodation providers throughout Australia.
