Role Requirements:
The Kitchen Hand is responsible for maintaining the order and cleanliness of the kitchen's facilities up to government and company sanitation standards including cleaning all kitchen surfaces, mopping and sweeping of floors, cleaning of all dishes including and not limited too industrial pots and pans, organize food orders, cleaning out of fridges and freezers along with the removal of trash.

To be successful in the role you require:
- Experience working in a Commercial Kitchen environment
- Relevant Qualification in Hospitality and or Kitchen Operations such as Cert II in Kitchen Operations/ Cert II in Hospitality
- Must have appropriate Rights to Work
- Current Police Clearance
- Current Manual Handling
- Minimum of 2 References of current Supervisor level or higher
- Experience in an Aged Care Facility highly regarded
