Scarborough Hotel - Northern Illawarra
- Busy food operation serving up to 800 meals at lunch.
- Overlooking the sea. Indoor and outdoor dining.
- Days only no nights no split shifts. Typically 8am to 5pm IF YOUR ORGANISED.
- Small independent operator.
- Immediate start.
Reporting to the owner you will be responsible for all compliance, cost of goods and labour costs relating to the kitchen. You will be hands on during peak periods ensuring a smooth service and able to multi task admin, ordering and roster management.
You must have at least 3 years experience in a similar high volume food business with a proven track record in production and kitchen management.
You will be rewarded with a bonus scheme paid quarterly that could see you gross 100k.
