This is a hands on role for a happy, creative Sous Chef, who knows how to roll up their sleeves and get on with a busy service and their team.

The venue is much loved within the Perth hospitality scene and is always busy.

They are well known for their tasty share plates and pizzas with an emphasis on fresh local produce. The menu is fresh and diverse and we need a chef who likes to push the boundaries and implement new ideas.

The Role:

• Manage the kitchen team - keep it smooth and happy behind the scenes.
• Clever menu ideas - great food whilst keeping an eye on the bottom line.
• Maintain the high standards that our regulars have come to expect.  
• Catering to a high-volume turnover during peak periods.
• Enjoy coming to work in a super busy kitchen!

What you need:

• Exceptional financial knowledge with proven experience in costing, ordering etc.
• Quality venue and high volume experience.
• Ability to continuously motivate your busy team.
• Be very hands on and currently be actively involved in running a kitchen.
• Excellent communication skills.
