Eldercare has exciting opportunities for both Registered and Enrolled Nurses for our Yorke Peninsula sites at Minlaton (South Park) and Stansbury (Elanora). These facilities are located in country South Australia approximately 3 hours drive from Adelaide.
- Registered Nurse-Clinical Coordinator: permanent and casual roles. On-call availability a requirement of these roles.
- Enrolled Nurses-Care Coordinator: permanent and casual roles
We’re also recruiting for our Yorke Peninsula Casual Pool. To be successful in applying for a casual role with Eldercare Inc, you must be willing to work across all three Yorke Peninsula sites.
Available permanent shifts at our Stansbury (Elanora) site include: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons, Saturday mornings and afternoons. At our Minlaton site (South Park) we have Friday afternoons available.
As a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse employed at South Park and Elanora, you will be responsible for delivering quality individualised nursing care to residents including complex care needs in particular wound and pain management. You will also have supervision responsibility for staff on the floor to ensure that care provided delivers excellence in customer service to our residents.
To be successful in these roles, you will:
- Possess a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification for RN role
- Possess a Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification for EN role
- Hold current AHPRA registration as either RN or EN
- Have a relevant police clearance for vulnerable groups (less than 12 months old)
- Have a minimum of 12 months’ experience
- Enjoy building positive relationships with residents their families and staff
