What do we need from you:

• As an integral member of a multi disciplinary care team, you must be an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA that possesses experience in residential aged care or similar environment.

• You will be a highly motivated, empathetic individual who has a passion for supporting older people in a residential setting.

• You will be able to demonstrate the ability to provide support and leadership to the personal care worker team.

• You will be focused on completing accurate and efficient documentation ensuring compliance with internal and external systems and procedures.
