About the organisation:
We are representing a leading Not for Profit organisation in Regional Victoria. You will be working within a well established organisation who provide services within the welfare sector.
About the role:
I'm looking for a team leader who has experience managing a team in the area or mental health and/or AOD. You be providing support to the manager and development of the program.
Additionally, you will provide oversight and mentoring of staff within the program. You will also provide clinical supervision of staff within this team. You will also liaise with internal and external service providers to establish network and referral pathways.
Amongst other duties, within this role you'll focus on management of clients; counselling; program development; staff development and more

Essential requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work / Psychology or related discipline
- Membership with AASW or AHPRA
- Extensive experience within the welfare sector
- Experience working in the area of mental health / AOD is essential

- Salary of $90k - $95k + Super Per Annum
