Position Type:  Permanent full-time.

Salary: Remuneration package of up to $133,928 p.a. comprising salary range of $4132.10 - $4486.00 p.f. (Nurse Grade 7), recreational leave loading (17.5%), and employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%).

The Nurse Unit Manager provides leadership, support, and education within the multidisciplinary team to ensure the provision of best practice within the Intensive Care and Paediatric Intensive Care Unit. The Nurse Unit Manager co-ordinates nursing resources, accountabilities and strategic management to facilitate the delivery of high quality, best practice care to clients of the Unit

Other information - Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD)
Roles that have a direct contact with patients or who in the course of their work may be exposed to blood/body fluids or contaminated sharps are required to be immunised for Hepatitis B. Roles that have contact that would allow acquisition and/or transmission of measles, mumps, rubella, varicella or pertussis, and have face to face contact with patients and/or work in a clinical area require evidence of immunisation of the aforementioned diseases.
