On offer is a generous base salary of $90,000 + superannuation + car allowance. What you will be doing



As a Clinical Educator you will be providing product and applications support for aesthetic lasers predominantly in NSW and ACT. As the demand for cosmetic laser procedures increases, so too does the necessity of educating, training, and supporting industry practitioners on the safe and efficient administration of laser treatment. Your main responsibility as a Clinical Trainer is to provide on-site training and support to Dermatologists, Beauty Therapists, Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeons and other key members of the multidisciplinary team. You will identify significant areas of educational necessity specific to your product portfolio, develop and administer well-thought-out training programs and ultimately participate in procedures if needed to demonstrate practitioners through best practice techniques and functionalities of the device. As a fundamental member of the team, this role requires someone who can lead a group with solid experience in the clinical environment who has well-developed skills necessary to deal with intense situations, exceptional communication abilities, and excellent proficiency in writing and delivering adult education/training programs. Your role will also incorporate the training responsibilities of the aesthetics business unit providing you with significant exposure to the world of cosmetics.

• Qualified and experienced in education
• Experience with medical and aesthetic lasers
• A strong clinical background
• Qualified Registered Nurse
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training programs
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills

You will be highly regarded if you also have;

• Self-motivation with the desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Radiation health laser certificates
• Diploma of Beauty Therapy
